WHO WE ARE & HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED!

Participating in the PTA is a great way to get involved in our school and become a bigger part of your children’s experiences. We would love to have you join our Edgartown School PTA community. Our Mission: The Edgartown School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) organizes activities promoting a fun and healthy school community that fosters strong relationships between parents, teachers, and students. Through our events, we also raise funds that contribute to key programs for our school. Please join us! Read the announcements and check out the calendar for upcoming events.

Meetings: The PTA typically holds a monthly meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. If you have a topic that you would like to introduce to the PTA and present during the open discussion, please email Brooke Leahy at bjoileahy@gmail.com or feel free to submit a request via the PTA mailbox in the main office.

We look forward to meeting all school parents, teachers and staff who may be interested in joining our efforts. Thank you for your participation!

Membership:

We launched in 2001 with over 40 Charter Members, including parents, teachers, and staff.
To become a new member or to renew your annual membership, please see below.

The annual membership is $8 per individual, or $15 for dual membership (covers two parents/guardians.) Your membership does not commit you to monthly meetings or active involvement unless you wish. You can email your name and contact information to bjoileahy@gmail.com and can pay via check made out to Edgartown PTA or via Venmo @Edgartown-PTA Thank you! The annual membership fee just covers our cost to be part of the state and national PTA each year.
